A Korean lash-lift studio in South Yorkshire. I built the whole thing: a custom website, its own online booking system, and an admin control room the owner runs herself every day — no Fresha fees, no monthly platform tax.
Manufacturing KPI dashboard
A working demo of a live production dashboard — a master order book feeding real-time floor screens: output vs target, downtime, and per-station status at a glance. Built as a self-contained demo with no real company data, to show I can build serious operational software — not just brochure websites.
